Member of the international Federation of artists of UNESCO since 1990. From 1996 to 1999, he took part in the reconstruction of the Cathedral of Christ the Saviour. Lives and works in Moscow. In his work, the artist continues and creatively complements the classic Russian avant-garde of the 20th century. Saratov's paintings are distinguished by a clear, balanced composition and rich, vibrant color.
